We ordered several large pieces of equipment from Maxum and when they arrived everything was packaged well, but we were missing an item. With a quick email to customer service I received a very fast response with no hassle at all and my replacement part was on its way. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Sometimes a piece of hardware or item might be missing or damaged but it makes a huge difference to know you're buying from a company that will make it right quickly and without making it difficult - that's exactly what we got with Maxum and that's just one more reason that we'll be purchasing from them again in the future - thanks Maxum!!

When I received my Maxum FlexCurve lever arms, one of the plastic caps on the arms had broken during shipping. I reached out and asked for a replacement cap, and they sent me 2 new caps for free. It did take a while, but they followed through no problem and didn't charge me anything.
