Orders & Shipping

Yes! We offer delivery on all our equipment across the continental United States. In many cases, shipping is free on orders over $500 (some exceptions apply). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and our support team is happy to help with any questions.

 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order leaves our U.S. warehouse, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

 

 

Yes. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress all the way to your door.

Exchanges & Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Contact us to begin the return process.

Setup & Assembly

Most machines ship partially assembled and will require setup. We include step-by-step instructions and the tools you need. Need help? Our support team is always available.

 

Not at this time. However, our machines are designed for easy home assembly. Most customers complete setup in under an hour.
