I mulled over purchasing these for weeks, reached out to maxum fitness for any kind of video review or demonstration, did deep dives on the internet to try to find reviews. Maybe lever arms just aren't for me. My first complaint was that when these were delivered they did not fit my rogue rack, when you order these they do not let you chose Metric and true metric (imperial) power racks which differ by a tiny 1.2 mm, so I had to wait until they shipped the right rollers (granted they shipped these for free) but they should really have this choice baked into their ordering system. My second gripe is that these are extremely heavy and take considerable effort to move up and down and to adjust for different exercises (maybe that is just an inherent problem to lever arms but it is not a useful quality for efficient garage gym workouts). The locking pins often get stuck and do not slide in and out easily, sometimes even requiring a hammer to bang out of their slots when switching to converging or straight arm configurations. Lastly, maxum has been advertising add ons and new components that will work with these lever arms but it just feels like a ploy to get more people to buy them, when I reached out they could not provide any details on when they come out. I researched dozens of other lever arms on the market, almost all had at least some kind of video review or demonstration on youtube or social media, I could not find a single video review for this product and maxum when I reached out to them also could not provide one. I find myself using them for one exercise each day inn my push pull leg split but the amount of effort and set up to get to that single exercises in my opinion is not sufficiently addressed.

I've had these Maxum FlexCurve lever arms for a couple weeks now and absolutely love them. For reference, I have a REP PR-5000 rack (metric 3x3" uprights), and these Maxum lever arms fit great. I previously had the Griffin adjustable lever arms 2.0, and the Maxum ones seemed to fix all the issues that the Griffin ones had. These fit tighter on my REP rack uprights with less wobble, they're easier to install/assemble, their trolleys are easier to move up/down the uprights, they have better/lighter handles, they come with the extra spotter arms to adjust strength curves, they have better mag pins, they have more vertical holes to adjust starting positions, and they have the option to lock into different horizontal holes as well. For basically the same price, these Maxum arms are a much better value (and probably a better value than the PRX Halo arms as these seem the same, if not better, as those for way cheaper).

I definitely recommend these for people that like machine type exercises. I've found some pretty good uses for them for presses, chest-supported rows, shrugs, and even a jerry-rigged pendulum squat setup.

Also, the trolley design on these Maxum arms (the way they secure to the uprights) is just brilliant.

The only nitpick I have so far is that customer service hasn't been super responsive. One of the plastic end caps on the lever arms broke during shipping, so I reached out to Maxum for a replacement and still haven't heard back. This wasn't their fault, nor does it affect functionality, but it may affect long-term durability so I'd appreciate if they could send a replacement cap.
