The MAXUM AB5 Adjustable Bench is our toughest bench using 11 gauge steel. It’s a commercial grade bench designed for home use. It super sturdy when it’s flat due to a fixed post design. It does flat, incline and decline with 9 back positions and 4 seat positions.

The adjustable and removable leg hold for decline at the top of the back pad allows you to decline at greater angles than the typical 20 degrees, which makes it great for declined sit ups. A preacher curl attachment will be released sometime in the near future, so stay tuned for these attachments.

Really sturdy

I wasn't sure if this upgrade from my cheap bench would be worth it, but it definitely is! This bench is really solid and sturdy and feels indestructible. Definitely a Buy It For Life quality item. The adjustments for the back and seat are really easy and make doing includes easy. I'm also excited about the ability to add future attachments and look forward to expanding the functionality of this item with the leg press/curl attachment, especially paired with my X3 machine!
