Shipping Policy
We offer FREE Shipping anywhere in the continental US on orders over $500. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. An additional shipping fee may apply to rural and less populated locations.
Delivery Schedules
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days in most cases. After orders are dispatched for pickup, an order complete email with tracking information is sent. Transit times vary depending on whether your order is delivered by a freight carrier or parcel courier. Transit times vary from 1 – 7 days depending on your locaiton and the method of shipment. Processing and transit times are estimates only.
Free Shipping Exceptions
Orders shipping to certain rural and less populated locations may be subject to an additional shipping fee, which varies depending on the size and weight of the product(s) being shipped. Orders for heavy items like gym flooring or weight plates may also be subject to an additional shipping fee. Should this be the case for your order, a customer service representative will contact you to discuss the additional shipping fee and possible shipping alternatives.

We regret that we cannot ship orders Hawaii or Alaska.
International Shipping
MAXUM fitness can ship orders internationally with some exceptions, where it may be free shipping or an shipping fee may apply. Please contact us and provide your country, city, and zip code and the items you wish to purchase to confirm if any exceptions apply and to get an estimate of the extra shipping fee. Once confirmed, you can place your order and we will then create an order for the extra shipping fee which can be paid from your account orders page. In most cases, all customs clearance related fees and duties will be covered by the free shipping or the extra shipping fee.
Delivery Information
If your order consists of a home gym in a crate and other accessories (e.g. weight plates, barbell, bench press, etc.), the accessories will be packed either on top of the crate or on a separate pallet(s). The accessories will not be inside the crate.
Orders arriving by freight carrier are delivered CURB SIDE ONLY. It is your responsibility to move the equipment into your home. This is standard policy with freight carriers. You will receive a call from the freight carrier to inform you of your scheduled delivery date. If you can’t accept the first available delivery date, you may be charged a storage fee issued by the carrier. If you fail to be present at the scheduled delivery, you will be charged for the second delivery and the shipping company may charge you additional storage fees until your order can be delivered. If you cause the driver to wait beyond the 15 minute grace period you will be responsible for the wait fee charged by the freight carrier.
PLEASE NOTE: Undeliverable items are subject to returns and restocking fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal of delivery, failure to return calls from shipping companies to schedule a delivery, and failure to show up for a scheduled delivery will result in returns and restocking fees as well as any delivery related fees. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions, please contact us ahead of time. Some shipping companies offer inside delivery for an extra fee. It is important that we receive special requests prior to shipment to determine if the requests can be met, and to make special arrangements.
Lost, Stolen, Damage Protection
MAXUM fitness will cover all cases of lost, stolen, or damaged items in your order. Customers are responsible for verifying receipt of all items, including their condition upon arrival. Occasionally, items are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Please thoroughly inspect your order prior to signing for the items and releasing the delivery driver. We suggest you take a picture of your shipment right after it is unloaded from the truck. If you are not able to fully inspect everything at that time, please write “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery bill before signing. Damage, receiving incorrect products, or missing items, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please use the Get Help button on your account orders page to file a claim and attach any pictures that will assist us in processing your claim.
